This case-oriented course is about the activities of large universal banks. It covers topics such as, syndicated loans, project financing, banking and the environment, global banking supervision and regulation, managing cross-border risks, debt restructuring, and banking crises.
Students are encouraged, and expected, to actively participate in class discussions.
