The Postgraduate Program in Banking and Finance was established in 1995 and it was the first graduate program in this area. The program receives strong support from a dynamic and experienced academic staff.
The program is open to accept applications both on a full and a part-time basis. The program can train students who plan to pursue a career in:
Investment organizations, auditing and accounting firms, consulting firms, banking institutions, ministries, regulatory authorities, private companies, as well as other organizations in the public and private sectors.
More specifically, the areas students can be specialized are: The mechanisms of money and capital markets, portfolio management and asset pricing, corporate financial management, derivative markets, sustainable and environmental finance, the link between economic policy, the macroeconomy and financial markets, risk management across financial markets, central banking and monetary policy, real estate finance and investments, mergers and acquisitions, financial accounting and IFRS, and Fintech.
