| Code of Conduct and Complaints

Within the student supportive framework in transparency, the Department of Βanking and Financial Management established the Code of Conduct, which describes the ethical principles, the coping of unethical behavior, and the procedure of complaints management in relevance to the involved groups.

The application of this Code concerns the complaints and sustains with respect to the quality of services offered by the Graduate Program, including both the academic and administrative services.

Prior to the submission of any complaint/sustain, graduate students must carefully study the Code of Conduct, as well as the Regulation of Graduate Studies document so as they will be aware of their rights and their obligations.
