We are interested in recruiting an e-shop executive in our warehouse in Oinofita.
Description
Role Description:
Back office support for the new e-shop department.
Responsibilities:
- Esnure excllence at the delivery of electronic orders process
- Supervise product photoshooting when required, ensure standards are met and upload verified picture via the administrative online platform
- Customer service via mail or phone
- Manage Call Center’s requests and troubleshooting on a daily basis
Qualifications
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or IT
- Excellent use of the English language
- Excellent PC literacy (I.e word/excel/office)
- Previous professional experience in an customer service role
- Good multi-task skills and able to deal with many parties at a time
- Military Service completed
