The Institute of Finance and Financial Regulation (IF^FR, www.iffr.gr )  will be running a one-day conference on Understanding Challenges for the Greek Economy on September 12, 2019 at the premises of the Bank of Greece, 9:00-15:00.

Seats are limited. To attend the event, advance registration is required by Friday September 6, 2019, unless the event has already been fully booked. About the Conference

The Conference will contain two morning sessions and two afternoon panels. The two morning sessions will be on Sovereign and Corporate Debt and on Economy and the Markets, respectively. In the morning sessions, the results of scientific research will be presented, so that the audience learns about new developments in the field, and the implications for policy makers and firms will also be emphasized. The afternoon sessions will consist of two panels, comprising high profile professionals.  One panel will be on Investing in Greece and the other panel will be on Non-Performing Loans in the Banking Sector. A roundtable discussion will be applied guided by the moderators.
