EY Greece – NextGen Women 2025 – Local & Global Competition

Η EY Greece θα λάβει και φέτος μέρος σε έναν διεθνή διαγωνισμό που διοργανώνεται από την EY αρχικά σε εγχώριο και στη συνέχεια σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο. Ο διαγωνισμός στοχεύει στο να ενημερωθούν φοιτητές και πρόσφατοι απόφοιτοι για τις ευκαιρίες απασχόλησης στον συμβουλευτικό χρηματοοικονομικό και στρατηγικό κόσμο, ενώ παράλληλα να δουλέψουν πάνω στις τεχνικές κι επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητές τους, ενισχύοντας τις δυνατότητες απασχόλησης που έχουν οι νέες στον τομέα αυτό. Η νικήτρια του διαγωνισμού σε εθνικό επίπεδο θα έχει, μεταξύ άλλων, την ευκαιρία να εκπροσωπήσει την EY Ελλάδος στον παγκόσμιο διαγωνισμό, ενώ θα λάβει και ένα job offer για την ομάδα της αρεσκείας της στο τμήμα Χρηματοοικονομικών Συμβούλων (Strategy & Transactions) της EY Ελλάδος.

 

Προθεσμία υποβολής αιτήσεων ενδιαφέροντος είναι η 20η Απριλίου.

What are the steps towards this incredible EY journey?

Phase 1: Local Competition

  • Online Personality & Cognitive Test
  • Virtual Interview
  • Case Study presentation to our Business and Talent Leadership at a physical event in Athens’ EY Office

Phase 2: Regional Competition

  • Coaching of the Local Winner by the EY team for a remarkable presence in the Regional final.

Phase 3: Global Competition

  • The Winner will represent us in the Global final, hosted in one of the countries where EY operates worldwide .
