Ready to supercharge your career ? If you are a young woman interested in a career in strategy, transactions and/or corporate finance, then the EY NextGen Women Competition 2025 is calling your name !Through NextGen, you’ll meet fellow passionate individuals and receive unique guidance from our top EY mentors and EY-Parthenon leaders, all rooting for your success .

Get your ticket now , and dive into the thrilling world of strategy, transactions and corporate finance. Last year’s Greek finalist, Angeliki, among other global finalists, flew to Madrid for an extra fab final .

So, who can participate in NextGen Women 2025?

If you happen to be a female undergraduate (3rd year and above) or a post-graduate student in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Management, Statistics or other quantitative fields, with no relevant professional experience, then this Challenge is certainly for you!

What are the steps towards this incredible EY journey?

Phase 1: Local Competition

  • Online Personality & Cognitive Test
  • Virtual Interview
  • Case Study presentation to our Business and Talent Leadership at a physical event in Athens’ EY Office

Phase 2: Regional Competition

  • Coaching of the Local Winner by the EY team for a remarkable presence in the Regional final.

Phase 3: Global Competition

  • The Winner will represent us in the Global final, hosted in one of the countries where EY operates worldwide .
