Financial Risk Management & FRM Data Analytics
- Develop risk models using AI/ML
- Support regulatory compliance (Basel II/III/IV)

- Contribute to strategy design and process improvement for private and public sector clients

As a member of the Deal Advisory Team, you will have the opportunity to gain great exposure to the dynamic world of corporate deals, by participating in a wide range of projects across Greece and international markets. Our services cover multiple disciplines, offering invaluable experience, continuous learning opportunities, and a supportive environment to grow and hone your skills.
Services include:
- Transaction: Provides financial due diligence services that assist clients to identify potential risks and opportunities, creating added value throughout the lifecycle of a transaction
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Supports clients at every stage of a transaction, from strategic planning through to the execution of acquisitions and mergers, leveraging both our domestic and international network of investors
- Valuations, Business Plan & Restructuring: Provides valuation services by determining the value of a company. In cases involving financial restructuring or the assessment of financing alternatives, our specialists assist clients in addressing complex challenges and developing robust business plans
- Forensic: Ιdentifies potential financial fraud and provides expert witness services in complex financial and accounting disputes
- Accounting Advisory: Αdvises clients on the appropriate accounting treatment in applicable accounting standards
- Financial Services: Supports clients in transactions involving the sale and acquisition of non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios, structured finance and securitization solutions, as well as mergers and acquisitions within the financial services sector
- Real Estate: Provides strategic advisory and support services in business planning, real estate development, asset management and valuation, investment sourcing and assessment, and the execution of real estate transactions
- Infrastructure: Delivers comprehensive financial advisory services to public sector entities, investors, and lenders throughout the planning, implementation, and financial close of complex infrastructure projects
- Anti-Financial Crime Advisory: Assists organizations in the design and implementation of systems, policies, and procedures for the prevention and detection of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT), compliance with financial sanctions and other restrictive measures, as well as fraud and anti-corruption frameworks
- Transformation & Operations: Helps organizations transform their strategic objectives into measurable operational results. The team supports process optimization, enhances organizational effectiveness, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement

Candidate Profile

Requirements
- A Bachelor in various fields, such as Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or related subjects.
- A Master of numerical or analytical orientation would be considered an asset.
- No more than three years of professional working experience. Internships within leading multinational firms would be highly appreciated.
- Certificate of Proficiency or proven knowledge of the English language is a must.
- Competent user of MS Office.
