Sustainability University Programme by ICAEW
The programme consists of 4 modules:
- Module 1: Key concepts and sustainability literacy
- Module 2: Major sustainability risks such as climate change, biodiversity loss, water systems and displacement
- Module 3: Accounting and sustainability issues
- Module 4: Case study of corporations engaged in sustainability
The first two modules of the programme cover more general matters relating to sustainability whilst the second two become more specific to the industry.
Each module is made up of a mixture of recorded lectures, video interviews of professionals from different sectors around the world, links for further reading and reflective exercises. The content of the programme has been developed in collaboration with the Pentland Centre for Sustainability in Business.
After completion of all 4 modules of the programme, students will be awarded with a Certificate of Completion.
The programme is free of charge for all students wishing to pursue it and will take around 8 hours to complete.
